We bought a pair of shoes today around 4pm. Both the cashiers were super awesome and so friendly to get us the perfect size. Upon checkout we were asked if the size was up to our satisfaction. Me and my family were very happy to get what we wanted and I thank both the cashiers who made our shopping experience above expectations.keep it up.....

I have been in there 3 times in the last 3 days april 20 21 and 22 2023Not even a hi no help nothing .I was in the store with other people not helped either and they just left20 21 the guy was behind counter with box today girl and guy her wearing ball cap just standing behind counter the both not interested in helping anyone . Ended up getting Clark shoes from marks work warehouse

I called over the recent long weekend to request a shoe check for my partner and to ask for it to be held if available - I spoke with the assistant manager, Maddy, who was courteous, professional and kind enough to not only to place the shoes on hold, but also advise on how it fit incase we may have needed a different style. - overall, it was a fantastic and seamless shopping experience and my partner was thrilled once we arrived and tried them on! I recommend that however and whoever is training their customer service, should continue - great experience!

Totally ignored, another couple walked out because they needed help and the staff were too busy, I was going to purchase 2 pairs of running shoes, lost my business, also sometimes they open lateI will take my business else whereGet yourself new employees

Many major shoe brands at competitive prices. Only complaint is the store inventory system are often incorrect and will show a product available when the store cannot find it.

In the last 3 months, I have visited this store on two occasions - both with unsatisfactory service. On the first visit, the sales associate remained behind the counter the entire time I was in the store. She did not greet us when we arrived or offer assistance. I approached the counter with an item and requested a size. She said she would look in the back and handed the shoe back to me to place on the shelf. This happened two more times. That was the extent of her interaction with us during the visit - retrieving the item from the back room. I left without a purchase. On the second visit (2 weeks ago), I went to the store to purchase Birkenstocks. I went to the counter to ask if the correct size and style was in stock. The sales associate was eating a granola bar at the cash and continued to do so while searching on the computer. She had the bar in one hand, typed with the other all while continuing to chew. After getting my correct sandal, she completed the check out process while still eating. I am appalled by the service received at this location. I would have received similar service by shopping online!

Asked male rep to find a Size. He checked back stock room and store couldn't find them I circled store once and found the shoes in the size I needed. Disappointed in the time it took him to not find them. As he was looking for my size in the store another customer asked him for a size in a different shoe and he went to the back to get them - which is when I looked found and paid for shoes before he came back out with 2nd customers shoe

Would not exchange shoes with receipt that has a manufacturer defect and manager would not answer phone ,was on hold at the Cambridge store for 25 minutesVery bad customer service

Ordered and bought a few pairs of shoes online as well as In store... Had to return some, exchange others and purchase more... The gentleman serving me was top notch! I don't know how he wasn't overwhelmed with the situation but he kept him self cool calm and collective! Super polite and easy to work with... I had to take his name and give him a shout out here as he truely deserves the recognition.. Jarred dawson from Cambridge center store (077 i believe) is a key player in that store... His display of costumer service and team/leadership as he worked with the rest of the staff was well executed... Thank you for taking all my stress of shopping and handling it as graceful as you did...
