Worst experience ever , the lady over there was so rude and she got some ego as well. I went to rent a car their and I don’t our credit card declined so we were waiting for our other friend in the office and the lady there said can you wait outside i have so many work if you will stay in then I can’t work. So rude never going to rent back from them……. Even make you clean your car after a beach day never seen that we did rented before with enterprise never heard of it before ………

Great service. I had trouble free rental experience. Staff members are quit helpful and humble. Cars are affordable too. They sometimes arranged a car in short period of notice too, so it’s totally reliable place and I had a really good experience all the time.

Prepaid for a rental 2 months in advance, only to be told on arrival day that there are no cars. Guy at the counter offered no help and no refund. Seems Avis is eager to take my money but not so eager to deliver what they promised. Even worse, they didn't communicate so I could make alternate plans. I thought a car reservation was supposed to reserve a car? Thanks for stranding us, avis. Never again!

I rented a car here for work only because it was last minute and it was the only rental place that had cars available. In the future I would rather walk than rent from here.Upon return of my vehicle I was required to sign an incident form because I returned the vehicle with the low tire pressure light on. If they found a nail in the tire I would be charged $45. Apparently the guy who returned his vehicle just before me also had to fill out this form. In fact, I was told they have people filling this form out at least once a day. It’s no big deal! Says the Avis rep. Never heard of this in my life and I rent cars all the time. A quick google search to see if this is industry standard shows I am not the only one this has happened to, and Avis comes up right away.Fast forward a week or so later no one has bothered to call me to update me of the outcome of their inspection. Will I owe money? Was it a nail? Calls go unanswered at this location and there is no option for voicemail. Don’t get the car in before 5pm? No after hours drop off - you pay another full day. They won’t tell you this though so read the fine print.I’ve never had such atrocious customer service from a car rental company. Do not recommend. If you like filling out incident reports and paying for what should be standard maintenance, by all means, rent from here.

The worst rental experience I have ever had. The prepayment for the reservation I made online was not taken into account when I picked up the vehicle. My credit card was charged a second time, dishonestly and deliberately. I paid twice the amount for the same reservation number and this does not shock anyone at Avis. All this happened on November 1, 2022, and since that day I am still waiting for my refund. The customer service is a calamity. Every time I contact them they confirm that the prepayment was not applied and that their expert is in contact with I don't know what, I don't know who, to solve the problem. I will never rent from Avis again. I am used to renting cars from their competitors, and this was the first time with Avis, it will be the last. To avoid absolutely!

I received a good service. Staff members are quite helpful and nice. They always try to arrange you a Car with affordable price, even if you approach them in last minute.

Had an amazing experience here! We had some issues with our online booking and Nandy went above and beyond to ensure we had a rental car at a price we could afford and even upgraded us for free!! Can’t speak highly enough of Nandy! Excellent customer service and so incredibly kind and caring.

If utter incompetence and ego are what you seek then look no further. Not only will you be frustrated with the service" but you get to argue with a manager who most likely enjoys coloring books in his off time. He knows more than everybody so he is delightful. I've used Rental companies across Canada for 10 years. Never had an experience this bad. Enter at your own risk."
