Location - convenient location and quick walk to eaton centre. A few homeless people in the area, but they don't bother you at all.Rooms - our first room (basement room) had signs of bed bugs, in fact, we found 1 alive and 1 dead. We advised the staff right away and we were transferred to a better room. That room was a lot better than our first one, although it seems like all their rooms are outdated and could get a few touch ups.Service - Friendly staff, 24hr reception service and they will ensure your stay can be as positive as it can be. Free coffee and tea every morning! :)

One of the only affordable hotels in Toronto. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and really good customer service. Gave an upgrade and honoured the original price even though their system had mistakingly cancelled my booking. The area isn't great but worth it for the low price.

This hotel was perfect for our weekend stay for a wedding. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff super friendly. They gave us extra towels when we asked and found an iron for me to use. Loved having coffee available in the lobby in the mornings. This hotel was priced much more affordable than the other options so there wasn't amenities you might find at more expensive hotels but this was perfect for us.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations for the price!The staff was so accommodating and friendly!The rooms were very clean and the staff could be seen cleaning all throughout the day!We were asked each day if we needed anything like clean towels and toilet paper etc…There is complimentary coffee which you can have all day that is very good.No complaints! It’s nothing fancy but for the price 5 stars for sure

Clean bedroom and lobby, newly renovated, friendly staff, fast check-in, big TV screen inside the bedroom. Ideally located too, with access to the tram/streetcar.The bedrooms can be a bit small, so the place is perfect to rest, not to spend much time in.Also, the kitchen and the containers with the complimentary hot drinks might not be thoroughly cleaned, so if you're picky, you can decline the complimentary coffee/tea.

Very nice welcome, the chaps at reception were very kind.Rooms were clean and spacious.We stayed twice over the week.One negative was shower was slightly broken in room 111, suprised this wasn't spotted.For the price you pay it's good.

Stayed there in May on our honeymoon roadtrip for a few days and we both quite enjoyed it. Room was small but hey ya only sleep there you're usually out for a walk. Staff was great room was clean and comfortable we are gonna stay there next spring on our roadtrip again.

We had a great stay in Pembroke Inn. Excellent customer service and great location, It is a 10 minutes walk from dundas square. We had a minor issue with the door lock but it was fixed in no time.I had read reviews mentioning homeless people outside the hotel. However, I found them to be harmless and minding their own business. The hotel maintained a safe and secure environment, which allowed us to enjoy our stay without any inconvenience.

Very affordable nicely tucked in place. The Inn has 60 rooms. Complimentary tea and coffee and a nice little outdoor area to drink it . Our room was in the lower level. Everything you need, like in standard hotels is here, for a much better price. Surrounding streets are Gerrard, Jarvis and Dundas St E. Very walkable to downtown . Definitely would book there again .

For the location, the price is very reasonable and the rooms are fairly clean and tidy. The staff are very nice, and the rooms are perfect if you just want to sleep in it. The best part is the location, and you can literally walk to some of the best parts of the city
