Clean and brightly lit space with a good sized seating area available. It can get busy in the afternoon after school finishes with all the kids waiting to buy a drink. The royal milk tea we ordered with pearls was made within 2 minutes. There are simple games offered that you can play like Jenga and Monopoly while sipping on a beverage.

I am not exaggerating - this is the only place I want to get bbt from in the lower mainland. I live in Richmond and I happily drive to the coquitlam gong cha because out of all the places I've tried so far, this is the only one with non-dairy milk. Today I asked for non-dairy milk and the manager literally ran across the street to buy more for me because they were out. How often do you see that kind of customer service? The place is very clean, service was fast, and of course the food and drink is perfect. Thank you Gong Cha Coquitlam!

This is the worst bubble tea(Macha&Taro) I ever had. Does every goncha store have different favor? Taste like just water not a tea taste at all.Don’t go and waste your money.

An amazing bubble tea experience in Poco. They have excellent flavors. The milk foam is awesome. Value is very high. Bubble waffles are well prepared. Interior is great with a seated area that has wifi and clean washrooms. Good area for lines because it is busy. Staff are very pleasant. They have bike racks nearby and are on a transit route. Parking is accessible from the strip mall lot.

I ordered matcha MILK TEA. I don’t even think they used milk to make my milk tea. It literally tastes like they used water instead of milk and they probably did. It tastes really bad and it is the worst boba i have ever had in my entire life. Like why would you make a milk tea with water instead of milk?? It was a waste of money.

Gong Cha is actually one of the few places I don't mind spending my money on. The drinks are pretty generic with some more extravagant tea options like the butterfly pea tea.To my surprise, the staff were also pretty decent, being polite and giving nice service despite the long and tiring day they told me they had.Flavor-wise was a bit satisfactory. I was a bit saddened to find out that some drinks came with a set sugar level like the ginger series.I was even more disappointed to see your expensive bubble waffles are. They're even more expensive than bubble tea!The atonpshere isn't that bad with lots of teenagers bustling at nighttime and all.I'd come again. I would definitely come again if their bubble waffles weren't so insanely expensive.

I ordered like 4 bubble teas: Brown Sugar Coffee Milk Tea, Matcha Milk Foam Smoothie, Strawberry Milk Foam Smoothie, Taro Milk Foam Smoothie. Each one was to die for; extremely delicious. The pearls were so nice. I loved em all and will be ordering again thank you so much. xx

I find the pearls over here is a tad more chewy and not as soft as other bubble tea places, but the brown sugar coffee milk tea I got still had a good taste. We find this place also makes your drink a bit sweeter with even a light sugar level than other places, so next time we'll do even less sugar

Bro this place is amazing , I went here for dessert. I got a yougert peach smoothie with mango pearls and it was so good, I should have gotten it less sweet but amazing place10/10. The only problem imo (in my option) is the mango pearls were just jello it's ok but I would perfer pearls. I also had a mochi bubble waffle . 11/10 it was so good!!
