As a new hearing-aid wearer, I was guided through the whole process of the hearing test, choosing hearing aids, switching hearing aids to ones that suited me better, ongoing checkups and telephone assistance, with care and respect at every step. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs, or thinks they may need, hearing aids!

My 96 year old mother in law and I have attended Hear Well Be Well Bolton for approximately 6 months now. Both of us received updated hearing tests , ordered new hearing aids as well as more than 1 follow up visit! The care that both of us have received has been exceptional . The caring and attention received was consistent and continues to be. Appts have been flexible, and they have also seen us short notice! They have answered questions in person or by phone as required and have seen Mom for volume adjustments!! Thank you ladies at Hear Well Be Well Bolton!Wendy and Lily R

I suck! I meant to do this review a month ago when I left the clinic but it completely slipped my mind.With that said, their service is SO GOOD, that I randomly remembered that I wanted to share my fantastic experience A MONTH LATER.I had the pleasure of having the expertise of Becca and the assistance of Christine when booking, rescheduling, and carrying through with my appointment.Any question you may have is answered and they always find a solution. This created a transferable experience opposed to a transactional one.They make you feel like you’ve known them for years and therefore, you can trust them with all of your ear needs.Thank you Guys! The location of the clinic is very convenient (lots of choices to buy food, if you arrived earlier).Staff is very friendly and professional. The doctor knows her job very well and explains thoroughly to me all the procedures. I felt as a very important client due to received attention.Definitely recommend this clinic to everyone.
