You're forced to give at least 1 star, otherwise, it would be 0. Incredible waiting times, don't see why they can't have a texting service so you can shop while waiting. The staff doesn't seem to try to speed things up.

J' ai pris un rendez-vous pour le 2 décembre, pour mon filsIl a manqué une journée d'école pour rien car son rendez-vous avait comme par magie,disparu.Pas d'excuses, pas de solution convenable.Rien.Ils peuvent se permettre de traiter la clientèle de même ...Terrible.
