I have been a client of Lily for several years and drive a hour for her in particular. She is phenomenal ! Her gel nails are perfection--the shape, length and neatness are perfect every time. Today, I tried the new deluxe pedicure which was a lengthy, relaxing and nourishing treatment...including a fizzy soak, sugar scrub, massage , parrafin treatment, in addition to the typical pedicure. It was definitely a treat! It would be a great treatment to do with your friends and is going to have a summer special price!

I’ve been going here for over a year and have nothing but good things to say! The place is always clean especially with all that’s going on in the world today! All the staff is very friendly, and my girl Nancy is the best, takes pride in work and is an artist! My favourite place to go for my self care! :)

I’m always so hesitant to review this place because it’s so hit or miss. But today I showed up with an appointment and Is till had to wait because no one was available. And been the manicurist rushed through my regular color, even leaving almost half of my nails completely jagged and crooked, not fixing the polish after she smudged the top coat.

Love getting my nails and a pedicure here. My entire family goes here! We always leave happy

My first time here and Lily did my nails, she was so nice and professional with the designs and they turned out looking so pretty! Fair pricing compared to other places in Guelph. Definitely recommended!

I got an acrylic set a few times here, Lily has done them each time and she’s phenomenal every time they’ve looked so good and she’s very nice! Highly recommend this salon

Giving it a 2 star because their rates are cheaper than other places, the staff are nice, and I was able to change my appointment last minute and walk in without any wait time. But the quality and professionalism is just not there for me. I had a shellac manicure done and found certain parts of the process confusing. Firstly, she chose to drill my old gel polish off, which from what I've read is not the best for your nails. I would've much preferred them to be soaked off but didn't say anything since I figured she wanted to speed up the process. Also, I was never asked what nail shape I wanted. She just assumed that I wanted square shape which I'm not opposed to but I went in wanting oval shape. I also found the cuticle trimming a little concerning. During the process, I felt a little sting on my thumb but didn't think much of it. It wasn't until I went home and realized that she had over-trimmed them to the point where I can see blood. The application of the polish itself is uneven and splotchy. At the end, she applied cuticle oil to my nails which just made my hands feel greasy that I washed my hands afterwards. I wanted this to be my regular mani place since it's conveniently close but that won't be happening.
