Pooteloo's Grooming

Went in April 27th for dog grooming told girl that my dog had had surgery the week before on her eye and to please watch it, she noted it on the file. Left my dog there and little more than hour later got call she was ready. When I picked her up the girl said that when they washed her that her stitches came open and it started to bleed so they couldn't finish her head. She said I should have told you it needs to be at least 2 weeks after surgery". She said bring her back when she heals and we can finish her. So I paid the full price and left. It took a long time for her eye to heal as them washing her opened her incision quite badly. So called yesterday to ask if instead of bringing her for just her head cause now her body has grown out if I could get a discount off a full service. Girl put me on hold to ask the manager and came back to say no there will be no discount. So I paid a for a full service I did not get and because of them her incision opened and they shouldn’t of taken her in the first place. So just wanted everyone to know how they treat their customers. I wasn't asking for a free cut just a discount. Very poor customer service."

Explained my domanant dog situation. They said they can do the job. Great lil setup. Cute house. Lots of friendly staff. Got in fast. Got her done on time. My only problem is they upcharged me $20 for a snarky fee. Apparently lots of groomers have this upcharge but i was un aware as I used the same groomers for years before they closed. Anyways. Gladly paid the upcharge and never went back. For anyone reading this. Great place! Just be aware of a hidden extra snarky fee!

Took my dog in for a drop-in nail trim in the afternoon, Jamie and the gang are pros. Great service for the pooch.

Can't recommend. Went in a recommendation but and her haircut was really cute, but they told us 75, then told us 95, then told us to pick her up before 430, then changed it to 4 and made us make a special trip dt to get her, then told us they should have charged us for keeping her for so long. Then she was quite rude when picking up. Definitely won't return.

Such a great team! Happy spirits and professionalism. I was very happy to bring my dog diesel in for a wash/groom and get his nails cut. He is usually very fussy but the pro's knew how to make it a stress free experience for him. Will definitely come back.

Such nice and friendly staff. Took such good care of our puppy for her first ever grooming appointment! Will definitely be going back here in the future!

Picked up my boy yesterday! Staff are very friendly and greeted him so warmly he forgot about me as they took him in, he was so happy and when I picked him up I can’t remember him smiling so big and his coat is so shiny and smooth. Great place!

The grooms with my older dog (who is dog reactive due to being attacked) were usually good until I was told I could not return with my 5 month old puppy because she barks at the other clients and scares them. It was a first ever groom for a 5 month old puppy… It would be strange if she didn’t bark and react in an unfamiliar, loud and hectic environment with a bunch of people/dogs she doesn’t know. Would not recommend this groomer for anyone who has a medium/large breed dog that is reactive in any way. Barking is a no go at this groomer, even for a puppy on their first visit I suppose.

The staff are great and we are so happy with both our puppy's groomings. We have a medium sized and small dog. Both came out looking wonderful!
