Another dishonest mechanic shop. Total snakes in the grass that think their customers are brainless! Spent $1800 on tires and rear end repairs to fix a front end shake/wobble only to find the problems weren’t fixed at all! Rear wheel bearing and hub assembly replaced after I went in for front end issues. Didn’t test drive my vehicle after specifically requesting that they did. Said they didn’t need to replace the headlight bulb because it was not installed correctly and is now inserted properly. Well needless to say it didn’t work and I had to replace it myself. They charged me $75 for a test drive even though I spent $600 on the repairs! So charged to test drive the vehicle even though I spent $1800 on “repairs”! Dave is an absolute coward and needs some serious customer service refreshers maybe he could grow a back bone to. Or maybe he was never trained in dealing with humans. The last time I went in I was told my attitude sucked and that I should leave! Of course this was after they took my money. Well I think anyones attitude would suck if they were clearly ripped off in broad day light! There’s many good mechanics in Cranbrook, just take the drive. You’ll get better service and perhaps your vehicle will actually get fixed properly. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to my worst enemy!

Great service! Checked my tire pressures because my sensors were acting up in the cold. No charges. Thanks for being so helpful.

Kevin and his crew clearly know their trade and are able to explain even to a luddite like myself.After completing a pre-purchase inspection on my van I was given a quote for repairs. Turned out it wasn't too bad and they only charged half. Such honesty builds huge trust.

I was completely stressed about not being able to close my VW Beetle’s trunk. Some of the competitors told me it would take up to six months to fix. Ktown was able to find the part and fix my car trunk within a week. They made me feel relieved and gave me a fair price. They were so kind and efficient.

Kevin spent a lot of time answering all of my questions. Everyone is very friendly. Best customer service of any shop I've ever been to. These guys are excellent and went above and beyond for me. I'll be taking all my vehicles here from now on.

This location and their parking. Making exciting Black bear dangerous, overhanging or blatantly on public road and when it’s really backed up the owner parks in a way to make exciting BB even more dangerous. If the owner was at all responsible there would be a safer solution found rather then the nightmare there is. 0 stars, just driving past is dangerous.
