Compact Power Equipment Rental

This review is solely based on the terrible customer service from Big Al and his manager at the equipment rental in Home Depot.We returned a machine after a single day use and dropped it in the same location we picked it up. Unfortunately the 3 gas stations we stopped at had no diesel which is in no way our issue. When we arrived to pay, Big Al and his manager had to check and see how much diesel was left in the tank. That took 2 people at a snails pace to walk over the the mini ex and return 10 minutes later telling me they couldn't find it. A simple opening of your eyes and perhaps you would have seen it beside the other 4 machines parked there.After waiting again for both guys to walk back to do the job of a single person (after finding the machine) they didnt say a word and tried to charge me $250 for fuel in an excavator that may take $20 of diesel. After mentioning that this was incorrect we finally had the issue dealt with accordingly. 45 minutes later... will be sticking to CRS.Just a side note, but these machines are not maintained at all. I had to buy my own grease tube to grease every nipple on the machine.
