It is Dec 27 - I drove from the south shore to exchange a Christmas top - there were at least 4 sales clerks and maximum 2 other customers. There was NO business. The sales clerk with no apology at all said that I could not return or exchange my top until after Dec 28! I asked how we would know that and she said it was on the bottom of my bill. Why would I look there? Why do they have that policy? There was no business in the store. Staples took back the return moments before.! As my husband looked for the receipt the sales clerk said quite rudely, he doesn’t even his receipt - which he then produced. The staff were so unapologetic and dismissive, I decided to just get a refund and never return to the store (I usually spend between 200 - 300 $ a year. The staff person said - no refunds either. It was such an unpleasant feeling experience - I had to write about it. Customer service at Halifax Shopping Centre? NOT!
