All right - very good for a motel hotel. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay.

Too expensive for what you get: unfriendly check in staff (a gentleman- this is not the owner- the owner is friendly) who laughed with me in my face when I asked why room key number was different versus number on the cash register form. He also did not tell our room was in a diff building (not marked Beluga) and parking was on the adjacent lot. Consequently when arriving after dinner later that night we did first not understand where to park, tried to enter the wrong building and then entered a room with other guests in it ( manager came over as the reception is only staffed 1-8pm(!) and helped us and we also when requesting ourselves (!) got a partial compensation.)No working wifi in our room.Bed was uncomfortable (too soft).So not a good relaxing stay for us.Room was very clean - that was great.Honestly it is just overpriced for what you get. Struggles to find good staff what explains the check in issue we had (but still has a $$$ price without the service).

Very cute Motel with excellent breakfast. The staff was all very kind and able to advise us on where to go. The rooms were very clean and had cute decor. We loved how close it was to all the attractions and really appreciated that breakfast was included.We would definitely come again.

Poor service with no service room available all the time ... I had 2 days reservation I couldn't sleep the second night, so I left one night before my reservation end.There was no soap in the room, WIFI doesn't work at all in the room. Breakfast is not worth its value .. the one with the package is not good quality even. Maybe it is good for one night only

Great service received, both the reception staff as well as the housekeeping are friendly and helpful.The location is great, very near to food joints and the main activity places.The room are well kept and clean but small and lacks cabinet space. No kitchenette either. Old school large keys you must carry with you everywhere.

Great hotel in a great location. Air conditioning. Clean. Comfortable beds.

This hotel is well located, at walking distance from restaurants, the Bay boardwalk and whale watching boats deck.The room was a little cramped but somewhat comfortable. We got a 2 queen beds, with no balcony but a nice small living room area and a 2-seats dining set. The bathroom was small, but clean. The beds weren't much comfortable, and the bed linen could be updated. A little noisy at night, since the hotel it's close to a major road. We booked the room plus a whale watching package which was convenient, however the hotelscheduled the tour for us (next day, early in the morning) with no chance to change it. Also, WiFi connection in our room was non-existent.

+first off when we arrive at the hotel the staff was very nice and the service was good+ the hotel it kinda clean on the outside but in the inside could be better+the room in the back 12-13-14-15 are renovated so it nice but there a big mistake (there is no AC and could be hot )+ well locate about 3 min from the ferry+ there is a tv flat screen where you can plug your laptop+ fridge is available+ enough parking of everybody but in gravel at some place+very close to aml the whale cruise----------now the negative point ------room could be cleaner(we even find booger on the wall in the bathroom)-room very small(even more when you travel with young kids )-in the room in the back12-13-14-15 there is no AC it kind of a must in quebec but there a fan... if you going bring kids july or august maybe find better solution-the shower is not really big and the side are narrow so watchoutthe pressure in the shower could be better and the temp are hard to setup- no pool or hot tub- the wifi connection is not that good I had one bar of signal on my laptop with a signal of -82dbin the bathroom 3 bar on the cellphone with -76dbthe connection is from videotron 30mb/s down 30mb/s up-the reception can be accessible for wheel chair but not all the room-the restaurant is not open in renovation***I wish I could give this hotel a 4/5 but it not the case
