FYI you cannot return a bike once purchased. They do not mention a return policy and only offer store credit. Better off going to D&D if you want your money worth

We got 2 bikes and a rack for the car, it was a great experience. I got a sun bike comfort bike, its super comfortable and pretty in blue. I wrecked my Electra and I had no hope of replacing her, but Bob said I would like the sun bike and I LOVE it. It might be better than my poor Electra. He tuned up our bikes, showed us how to set up our bike rack, it was a great experience. As of today he still had a few bikes, but if you are shopping bikes you know they can be hard to find. I look forward to getting back into biking.

Poor customer service. Asked for our bike to be fixed. We were told the part was ordered, we waited for a month and decided to take it elsewhere. He gave excuse after excuse and then claimed he didn’t even get in touch with the company. He will waste your time and is very unkind and talks down to you.

I was happy to find that International Bike Shop had some used BMX Parts to help me complete an old GT DYNO, I was working on. Would love to buy this little shop and focus on BMX Bikes. Love the Old School Feel.

I purchased a bike here last year and had a great experience so when I finally decided to stop stuffing it in the car and purchase a bike rack I came back. I purchased a rack which they helpfully installed. There was a mishap ( Im still not sure what caused it) but the rack broke that same day. I went back to them and they helped me with a replacement and installed a new rack for me. My experiences with them have been excellent thus far.

The guy that works the counter is very nice but the owner Robert is terrible!! The employee gave me a price on getting my grandsons tire fixed on his bike so I left the bike and Robert had the employee come get me out of my car before when I was leaving because Robert felt the price the employee gave me was too cheap and he wanted to charge me more money. I took the bike and went somewhere else. Don't waste your time or money going here.

I bought a new Canondale bike here a couple months ago and brought it in recently for service because the gears weren’t shifting properly. They couldn’t find a problem with them and told me I just have to double click for the next gear. He also mentioned he tightened my brakes which I didn’t ask for. I rode it for the first time after getting it back and now all of the middle gears won’t stay in gear and the front brakes stopped working, I pulled the brake all the way tight and it barely did anything. I will never bring a bike here again, I’m so mad at their awful service, now I have to spend more time and money to have it fixed by a real bike shop.

$550 for a starting price is way too expensive for a general exercise bike.I'll stick to Walmart.

Check this shop out for yourself before passing it up based on another person's experience.I was reluctant to visit this shop based on reviews but after deciding to check it out myself, I am glad I did. The young man who waited on me was very professional as well as a cool older gentleman, possibly the shop owner. Now I don't like having to wait a couple of weeks for 2 bikes, but the price, the customer service, and the fact that bikes are crazy in demand I can respect the timeframe. The wait time vs the cost of going to a larger suburban shop will keep me as a return customer. And the fact that it's not one of those ridiculously expensive and snobbish specialty bike shops makes it a welcomed place for ANYONE!

I bought a Schwinn cruiser bike in 2012 and only had flat tires with it after riding on glass. I asked what would be like it and he showed me two bikes and told me how they were different. Each time, he picked the bike perfect for me. I ride every day and bring my bike here for service as well.
