WARNING: SCAM ARTIST AT WORKThe owner of this post office is not a Canada Post employee, he is an independent owner and as such, he is notorious for SCAMMING his customers and double-charging for products and services.He has charged our company thousands of dollars for returns we had already paid for through our Canada Post account. We have filed a claim with Canada Post who promised they will take action against him. Shameful of this low-life to give Canada Post a bad rep.BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THE SCAMMING OWNER OF THIS LOCATION. Double-check everything he charges you and do NOT trust him.

If I could give zero stars, I would!I agree with other people that we need to filed claims with Canada Post and Double-check everything he charges you and do NOT trust him! The clerk of this post office is notorious for SCAMMING his customers and over-charging for services.Plus, he doesn’t respect the scheduler and hours of operation. I went few times to this location and it supposed to be open, but they were clearly closed.Rather I was dealing with CHINA POST, NOT CANADA POST.BAD experience! BAD service!

The previous owners of this shop was better. They won’t even let me pick up my husband’s mail. They want him to come in to pick it up, I’m sure they wouldn’t want that person to come in if they have COVID-19. I would give this place negative stars if possible for annoyance and wasting our time!

Love the guy behind the deskHe is so helpfulI think he is very quick as usually has a lineup so has to beHe also is limited in what he can answer so if unsure directs customers to call customer service which is understandableDoes great passport pictures as went elsewhere first as was close to another post office and the pictures were not accepted so went to this post office to do it again and no problem as passport office accepted this post office pictures so only wish had gone to this post office first as would have saved myself some money

Their opening time on weekdays is 9:30am but they did not arrive until 9:36am (I was waiting outside at 9:30 sharp to be let in along with a few other customers). They then had to spend another 5-10 minutes setting things up before helping customers. No apologies, nothing. You'd think that they would arrive at least 10 minutes or so early before to have the business ready before opening.
