It took me almost a year to write this review as I did promise myself I'd write a review after we're all settled with our new home. We had Hans' services for our conveyance with a new home purchase back in July 2019, where we had a whirlpool of issues with the buyer of our current house, asking for an extension a day before our closing date with the one we are buying. As a result, we are in the verge of breach of contract with the house we are buying as our previous house will not close with our buyers. This has triggered a lot of tensions and stress for our part, with our mortgage approval, as far as, having a new mortgage gets approved within the shortest time. Hans advised that we should first seek extension to the one we are buying, and further advised that never grant extension to our buyer until we get an extension from our seller. Long story short, Hans served as our legal adviser as well as our notary and he stepped in into all parties concerned to analyze what is happening and how we can push through with all the selling our current house and buying our new home. I would say it was a hard hurdle but we're now living in our new home for almost a year peacefully and comfortably with Hans' exceptional service. More to tell, but definitely highly recommended, you'll never go wrong. More power Hans and until our next move.

Terrible to deal with. Contrary to the positive reviews below, it was stressful to deal with this office. Very unresponsive and unprofessional. This office is all over the place since it's small. Good for you if you had a positive experience but for future clients, this one is a must avoid.Would give 0/5 rating if I could.
