I had no problem they lied about the scratch card and the reward, my problem is why they send an illiterate person to give you wrong advice and demonstration. Imagine how many elderly people freak out and fall for and sign up with them when the so called expert" is telling them the chlorine in the water is like having bleach in their water. This method of signing up is scam and total fraud; regardless of how good is the actual product that they sell. Please beware!! don't listen to them! do your own study. Ottawa's water is better than any bottled water and certainly safe to drink and there is no need to extra filtration as they exaggerate everything to get to results that they like

I have my Water Station Pur100-7 since 2012 and also my Air Purifier. Would not do without... Excellent and cordial service I have experienced with both Nicholas and Sony Gilles. Especially for those that have a well, you can be assured with the quality of the water you drink and cook with. Very satisfied and I do recommend it.

I have called them and left 2 messages but no call back. I have gone to the store twice within their supposed business hours and the door is locked. All I want is to get a filter for our RespirAid air purifier. Ironically, last year thry were so helpful and even came to the house and did some maintenance on the purifier.Although the rep who said he would come and deliver the filter did not show up, they have made compensation for it. I got a call back from them that they now had the filter snd I could come in and pick it up. I was okay with that since the store is not far from me. The staff were friendly and want to ensure better business in the future.

We love our new healthy filtered water & the service has been great! Sonny & Dave have been fantastic, friendly, & quite knowledgeable on the water. We would be happy to recomend this for any & everyone! Love our water & we can now use our fridge dispenser well after 2 years of it not working. Thank you!

Very happy with the loyalty from all the people who helped us find a great water treatment system. Jason was very polite and answered all the questions we asked with many more information without being with held . David was also very polite and answered all my question and freely gave us all the instructions for the maintenance of our system. The boss Gill even was very understanding about the finances that were involved and Sunny was always there respectful and empathic towards our health. Initially we were very happy with our water treatment system. However, their customer service is seriously lacking. We need to have the filters changed & have been trying to book an appointment for over 6 weeks. We spoke with the secretary before the holidays & she asked to call back in the New Year which is fine. Since beginning of January, we've called, left messages, sent emails & have not gotten a response. Sometimes when we call, their voicemail is full then a few days later, we're able to leave a message. Obviously someone is checking the messages & not bothering to respond. It is ridiculous the amount of money we've spent on this system only to have it not properly maintained by the company. On top of that, when we purchased the system, the sales associate told us that changing the filters would cost $150. That one time we did speak with the receptionist, she told us that its closer to $250+ tax. Very disappointed.. We would not have spent the thousands of dollars this system cost had we known that the company doesn't care & that our system would not be working as well within a year of the install.

Great company. Sonny and Dave could not have given better service. I had a problem with my plumbing and could not get a plumber but Dave was very helpful and put in more hours than he should just to get me up and running . These two are what every company wish they had for their sales and labour . The water system and RO should be in every home with hard water or other things you want removed from your water. Just to let every one know I have my own well. Still would be great if on city water.

I have/had no idea about this company at all, they called claiming to do a survey on water quality, I asked 3 questions. She said oh my god" and hung up. Question 1

We love our water, we had 2 technicians named Sonny & David who changed our much needed filters and adjusted all systems. We now have fresh drinking water for days to come. Excellent service!

Recently went in for an interview. Walked out after the presentation" part because they implied the city drinking water wasn't great because it was "recycled" and continuously reused from the "dirty" river
