The owner operator is very friendly and knowledgeable. She wants to do right by her customers and will remember what kind of animals you have, the feed you like and when you were last in. Everything you want in a small business.

I would have to presume the young woman at the till last week was a new employee, as the service could not have been worse. Didn't acknowledge when i came in, didn't ask if i needed any help, and when i did check out, she was continually checking her phone while i checked out with my debit card. I don't expect anyone to be fawning over me, but i do expect a little attention at least while i'm paying for my items. Just put in a self-serve kiosk - at least those interact with you. A little training from the manager might help.

Service is wonderful. Animal House carries a variety of food brands for your dog and cat! Premium brands are abundant! Love the store's atmosphere too!

Great pet store with lots of variety and good service. A bonus is the little bunny hoping everywhere. My daughter loved him. From now on, we will be coming here instead of driving to the chain stores.

I try to buy local . A little high priced but very convenient. I bought a gental leader and got home to find an empty box. The staff was friendly at least. The next day they took care of the issue.

This place is amazing! They have everything I need and the owner is SOOO sweet. I told her about a rescue dog I got and how they wouldn’t eat. She gave me food samples and toppers just to get the dog to eat. Will 100% be making the drive out of my way to come back here. Great customer service is hard to come by, but you will find it here!

Really great place! The girl at the front is super friendly and knows a lot about the product! She took me around the whole store and we got everything I needed. She also helped me pick out some good food for my new puppy! Super thrilled with this place. (:
