This is a very nice clinic! Dr. Brown saved my dog's life with an emergency surgery which could have gone wrong in many ways. A lot of intestinal stitchings were done and he is still like new a year later. They also have dog boarding which my parents use quite a bit and really enjoy. Their dogs actually seem to get excited each time they are dropped off. Can't say enough about the techs and front desk staff. All very nice ladies and very helpful. I do not own any other animals, but I believe Dr. Brown's husband does equine veterinary work as well. Thanks again VHOD!

Dr. Brown and her staff are excellent caregivers. I had three dogs in her care and lost one to old age recently. Dr. Brown came out to the office on a Saturday to put my old friend down to stop his suffering. The entire office signed a condolence card to me.I could not be happier with my choice in vets.

We had to put one of fur family to sleep today. They were very kind, empathetic, let us take our time saying good bye. They explained the process very well. They didn't rush the procedure. Thank you VHD!! This is why we love and appreciate you.

I have taken horses to Dr. Derek Brown for over 15 years. He tries very hard to work around every ones busy schedule and takes the time to explain any new procedure to me. I do most of my own equine maintenance and am interested in veterinary practice. Through the years with Dr. Brown, I have learned valuable information and enjoy my visits to his Clinic. He has diagnosed and prescribed treatment for my horses, bred my mares, did Coggins, health, (for both US and Canada travel), and has been my primary vet for years. I like the way he handles horses, the fact that he genuinely cares and I think he is a great horse vet!

My previous vet was unable to see my horse at the last minute. I called and Dr. Brown was able to see us the same day. He was extremely friendly and great with my horse.

Honestly can't thank the Veterinary Hospital of Dillon enough for saving my dogs life after he came down with pancreatitis. He had to stay 2 nights with the vet but they kept me up to date on his condition, answered all of my questions and saw him within an hour of me calling them. Crying happy tears that my dog is okay and healthy again thanks to the wonderful and caring people at the Veterinary Hospital of Dillon.
