Ari is fantastic and worth every penny. He identified Poly-B plumbing while doing a home inspection for us (a style of plumbing which is relatively rare in Winnipeg). He was also incredibly thorough and communicated effectively. I would absolutely use him again.

Trained Eye Home Inspection
Trained Eye's services would still be worth every penny at twice the price! Their Pre-Purchase Inspections have twice saved my brother from purchasing homes with distarious flaws that could only be identified with through investigation.It's well worth getting a house assessment from TE prior to requesting quotes from contractors for renovations too as you'll know exactly what actually needs doing. It will prepare you much better for identifying less competent builders or people trying to upsell you.
