I have been coming to Kat's Clinic for 3 years now and she is so incredible at what she does! I was really struggling with burn out from running my own business, adrenal disorders, digestive issues, depression, low self esteem and many barriers to my own self love, with Kat's healing touch and modalities of coaching, reiki, massage therapy I was able to receive the healing support I needed!Kat is brilliant and meticulous at what she does and she puts her whole heart and soul into every session. Had one session so far. Very impressed with her depth of knowledge in this specialized area, as well as with how much time she put into prep and followup resources. I really appreciated Kathryn’s particular mixture of warmth, encouragement and incredible depth of knowledge. I learned so much during each class Her instruction was clear and concrete which allowed us to transcend the limitations of working virtually. Kathryn made herself accessible at every opportunity to answer questions and to clarify practices and the rationale behind practices. I learned so much about my curvy body and how to work with to manage pain and to not injure myself. Thanks!

Kat gave me a fabulous chair massage at the Hudson . . . she knows exactly how much pressure, how to soothe the muscles that were knotted up for a week. Definitely a repeat experience.

Yoga classes with Kat have improved the quality of my life.Her yoga poses have increased my flexibility and core strength and reduced my back pain. My breathing patterns and my sleeping behaviour have both improved. Her online classes are always small and she fine-tunes them to our individual needs.
