Scenario: Book online 1.5 months in advance to pick up a large u-haul truck in Williams Lake.LESS THAN 24hrs before pick up time we are told that WE need to drive to 100 mile to get it.We waste over 2hrs on moving day to drive there and we don’t get compensated for the gas we need for the car we now need to drive to 100 mile.Waste of time

Terrible Service!!! Not very helpful and knowledgeable with truck and trailer safety. Same personal information was required by Dealer three (3) times. Computer & KO code problems. Truck was six (6) hours late. Did not receive items ordered. Truck fuel was only a quarter tank filled. Dealer appears to be only interested in collecting your Credit Card Number. Lady that runs this business needs to take a U-Haul Training Course. Please do not waste time & money with this Dealer. F Grade. 1 out of 5 Rating.
