I’ve been going here for many years. Dr Lee and his assistant are so kind and professional T the same time. Just had a filling done, did not feel anything at all. My hygienist is Tanis and she is so friendly and does a thorough job when I have my teeth cleaning. Recommend this business. Great people

I've been going to Red River Dental for several years. I appreciate the care and attention from the moment I walk in the door, to the expertise in cleaning from my hygienist, to the rare times I need a teensy bit more work from the dentist. (I can't feel my face when I'm with y'all!) Thank you for putting nervous children at ease too. The new location is gorgeous, clean, and professional...but above all the staff are knowledgeable, understanding, and kind.

When I first went there the first dentist who did the initial checkup suggested I get my wisdom teeth cavities filled. The second dentist, who did the actual work, really pushed for a full extraction. I'm not sure why - they haven't caused me issue in nearly 40 years. After some convincing I did get one pulled... Worst dental experience of my life. I developed dry socket and have been in pain for over two weeks... No one told me anything about post operative care that could have helped prevent the blood clot from being dislodged and exposing the nerve and bone. It wasn't until the third day after developing excruciating pain that I did some research and found I had developed dry socket...I am scheduled to get the other wisdom pulled, but my appointment has been rescheduled twice now. I never had this happen before and this is rather frustrating. It will be over a month since my last appointment. I just want it over with.

I’d recommend Dr. Wozney and Red River Dental to anyone looking for a dental office. The staff is super polite and knowledgeable.

Well, today was not a good experience for me or my 8-year-old daughter. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful, but unfortunately the dental hygienist PAM was not. I brought my daughter in and the last time I came in was November. We were given a referral to the children’s dental world because they say my daughter needs 8 crowns. Unfortunately, I could not get the work done due to personal reasons. Luckily, her teeth have never bothered her. Well, today I brought her in because yesterday she did have a bubble on her gums in front of a different tooth (closer to the front). We cleaned her mouth out a lot and the bubble did go away. Well, today we went in and Pam immediately was on me for not getting her work done the last time I came in. She asked me what I even wanted done today so I said a cleaning please since we’re here (and I know she needs work). Well, Pam had no patience for my daughter at all. It started with her scraping her teeth and my daughter was already very nervous about going to the dentist so she was making noises and asking lots of questions. I could tell Pam was getting annoyed with her already, but then she said to her “Okay you need to be quiet. You’re not the only one in the building and I’m not even hurting you.” So that was a horrible start for my daughter. She tried her best to stay still and stay quiet. Then, when it came time to brush her teeth, my daughter did not like the feeling of it tickling her tongue so she sat up and was feeling uncomfortable. Instead of trying to help, Pam just said “Okay we’re done. I’ll just go get the dentist.. if he’ll even see you”. I told my daughter she did her best and started to get my kids ready to go. Sadly, it didn’t end there. She came back and told me that my daughter’s head isn’t unattached to the rest of her body and that I’m not getting her the treatment she needs, which is affecting the rest of her body. While this may be true, I am doing my best and felt judged and belittled. She also argued with me about my daughter having an infection for the last 6 months in the same place. I proceeded to explain to her where the bubble was (and that it wasn’t in the back). I ended the conversation because it wasn’t going anywhere and said we were leaving. I will never go back to this place because now I really have some work to do in showing my daughter that the dentist isn’t a scary place, even though she watched her mother leave in tears, after she felt guilty herself with how the cleaning went. ☹️

Have been regularly going to Red River Dental for over 25 years. Dentist is Dr. Lee. Excellent professional care by all staff. Both my wife and I have had occurrences when needing immediate care, and they have quickly accommodated (i.e. same day), Much appreciated. P.S. don't miss the stairs in the old building. New building is very nice.

Just the very best dental office anywhere. EVERYONE that works there, from the dentists, dental assistants, hygenists, and office staff are very efficient, personable, and caring. They make sure that any dental problems you may have are taken care of quickly. The also work directly with your insurance carriers and help you manage thru a sometimes very complicated process. They care a great deal about the patient, and it shows at each and every visit. I've been a patient there for 30+ years, staff have come and gone, but the professionalism of those who work there has been maintained.

So appreciative of Red River Dental, willing to help a young hockey player who took a stick to his face and needed urgent care for his tooth, they opened the clinic after hours and on a holiday! They were able to save the majority of the tooth and reconstruct right then and there. Thank you so much for helping out on such short notice, we are so appreciative!

I was referred to Dr. Wazney after an experience at another dental office went badly. While I still have slight fear issues with dental procedures, for the first time in my life I am happy to maintain 6 month cleaning schedule and trust that I am going to get great care from every staff member! From the friendly staff greeting me to the hygienist to the dentist. It was through their care I was able to reverse some gum disease and avoid gum surgery 4 years ago. Highly recommend!!

Wow, i'm truly shocked at the way Pam treated Jenine's little girl, no way to speak to a child like that?? Dr Wazney is my dentist and proud of that, because he is full of heart and is gentle, and has alot of empathy for you, he does care for his patients, he is the reason why i keep coming back, as well as his assistant, the receptionists are friendly! Sorry Jenine!
