LakeSurf Premium Rentals

I never got around to making a review for last Canada day rental experience, but our group had a blast! We rented one of the newer Supra Boats, and we were super happy with our rental! The staff was amazing and had us in the water in about 40 minutes! Definitely get to the shop a little earlier as they safety demo takes time but it's well worth it to learn how to use the wakeboat properly! Can't wait to see you this Canada day!

Amazing customer service on the long weekend. These guys are awesome! A must try if you're in Kelowna. Loved them.

Ok I've used a lot of boat & watercraft companies throughout the years, these guys are absolutely awesome. I booked with them because of the high google reviews so I thought I'd leave my own. All of their boats and machines are new, clean and well maintained. We arrived on the long weekend and it was crazy busy. Staff was still super friendly and organized. To make a long story short, they made the whole rental process really nice. We had a fantastic day on the water and I left feeling good about the whole thing. That might seem like a weird thing to say but I've left so many boat rental companies with a bad taste in my mouth.

All I have to say are wonderful things about the staff and services.So far this year I have used a double kayak (with my partner and my dog) and also have been on several of Lakesurf’s other boats. They have always been clean and in perfect working order. Staff are kind and thorough when going through paperwork and clarified expectations. Every experience has been memorable and for someone like me that cannot afford a $300,000+ boat, having one to show off on the water for the day sure is worth it.

BE ALERT, it is a scam. we are a group of 8 people visiting Okanagan on July17,022, we did have a happy time there, but were unfortunately scammed by this company. Anybody go there should be very careful on renting their boat and jet ski, because you may never get your security deposit back. We have rented both a pontoon and a jet ski, when they hand us the boats, they checked very carefully and took a lot of pictures, at that time, I did not realize that they would use this as an excuse to cheat on our security deposit. when we returned the boat, the staff checked it very carefully as it were a Rolls Royce, finally they found two tiny scratches which are negligible to me, but staff insist this was a big issue and they have to hold our security deposit until they found a repair shop to check the damage, after several rounds of communication, we agreed to let them hold the deposit and called me back when they got a quote from repair shop. but I receive no phone calls from them since, Today I happened to find that they already deducted $1250 from my credit card on Aug4,2022. A new jet ski costs around $8000 in Vancouver boat show, for two tiny scratches they charged me $1250, this is just ridiculous, so I called them back, the manager insisted this is the quote from repair shop, But I said did you call me and get my approval on this charge, he said yes, but I never received any phone calls from them, and actually they just use a black tape to cover the scratch left by previous customer when we rented the boat which is admitted by manager on phone. Unfortunately, I lose the pictures I took onsite and cannot show it here. I have asked the manager to send me the pictures of damage, he did not send and dare not to send. This is totally a scam, I think they make a fortune by scamming customer's security deposit. So be very careful when you go there. I have rented boat in Okanagan lake several times, but this is the first time I was trapped by such an scammer. BE very cautious when you visit Kelowna and DO NOT go to this place to rent boat.

Had the pleasure of renting a Suncatcher Pontoon Boat this past Sunday. Everything from booking to returning the boat was very professional, great staff,great boat and just a great day !

I have rented here twice in the last few years, and always receive a high quality boat or wave runner rental. The problem I have with this place is how they charge for gas, anytime I rent here my gas is twice as much (not price per litre) as I pay at any other rental company in the Kelowna area. I will not return to LakeSurf as I feel like they take advantage of people when calculating gas consumption for the rental period. I feel like we have been scammed every time we leave LakeSurf.

I rented a jet-ski in the afternoon of July 25, 2022. Everything was great (the staff, quality of the Yamaha WaveRunner, etc) until the end when I returned the machine. I went to pay for the fuel and they tried to charge my credit card for $96. This was a 1 hour rental. I figured there was no way someone could use $96 in 1 hour and I questioned them.Staff then went and checked the fuel level on the jet-ski and then said, it would be $54.Be careful when checking out, I’m not sure if this is common practice there, but this experience did not sit well with me.I have never filled out a review online, but I decided to do it this time, because I would hate for more tourists to get caught off guard and simply pay extra when its not the correct amount.

Fantastic range of options for activities on the lake. Friendly helpful staff, great prices. Went twice during our stay in Kelowna, they were also very accommodating to a few in our group who did not like stand up paddle boarding and kayaking ☺

Had a great experience renting a boat here. We had a minor issue with our rental boat but the team there was able to take care of us and we had a great time. The boats were very nice and in great condition as well.
