Joel and Bob are amazing. We liked our E bike so much that we turned around (literally) and bought a second one. They really know their stuff and make sure that you are comfortable with the bike features before leaving. Best bike purchase experience ever!

We can’t say enough good things about the professionalism, and quality of service that we have received throughout the years from the staff and owner at Coastal Cycles. Just recently we purchased E-Bikes and had them assembled and tuned up at Coastal Cycle. We are thankful for their expertise in helping us select bikes best suited for our needs, their professionalism and expertise in maintaining and assembling our bikes, and the communication and expediency in which the bikes are made ready for us to enjoy. These guys are amazing. I had a spoke break the day before wanting to leave on a vacation. With my Bike! They were able to take my bike in and fix it in 20 minutes at a reasonable price. So very thankful! Will be brining my bike back to them for maintenance.

The service here is exceptional. I am new to ebikes and Joel gave me a lot of good advice, he switched over a chainring (crankset) on my bike to one with more teeth to suit my riding style. He has also made some other minor adjustments on my bike. He is extremely knowledgeable about bikes, I totally trust him. Also, the price for the upgrades were very reasonable. I can't speak highly enough about this place. I have a Voltbike and my friend has a Radbike both of which they can service/repair and upgrade here. Thank you Joel !!!!
