No one answers the phone and the voicemail is full.... nice one

I'd give -5 starts if I could...They never answer the phone, they never reply to emails... I don't know what they do... they're in business to do NOTHING... whenever I call them NOBODY picks up the phone (EVEN THE OTHER DEPARTMENTS). It's been 12 hours and they still haven't cleared our PARS. It's a JOKE!All those reviews who gave 5 star probably smoke something OR are the owners family....

Clearance never done on time. Keep following up no One responds on emails. Very unprofessional.

Zero stars!!!!!! K&N get your customer service together in regards to pars clearance!!!! You NEVER REPLY TO EMAILS, YOU DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES. 4 hours now after we requested this pars to be cleared with numerous emails and phone calls and not even a courtesy reply to let us know what is going on! Your website doesn't update the status of the pars until it's cleared (ZERO updates as the process is being done) WE ARE LEFT COMPLETELY IN THE DARK ON THE STATUS! I deal with customs brokers every day getting pars/aci cleared for my driver and I can say without a doubt in my mind you are the WORST customs brokers in Canada and it's not even close!!!! I wonder what your clients you are clearing the load for would say to this review? I can't wait to find out when I tell them just how bad you are.
