We experienced 2 delays in getting our AC installation ...Followup up date came through and we were very pleased with the prompt and efficient service and installation. Mt Ventilation Product garanty are not transferable when buying or selling a home even if the product still has years of garanty left on it. They even charge fees for checking their own product.

Been over a month and still don't have my A/C repaired. This unit is under warranty, got the excuse that they ordered the wrong part, the part is back order and whatever what not.

in 2014 MT Ventilation did all the heating and cooling at our houseFurnaceThermopump-A/CRadiant FloorsOur electrical panel was over capacity and they provided a solution of a water systems that will work together at a low voltage. This turned to be more efficient and better for us.in 2018 our house was damaged by a tornado and our Thermopump-A/C was damaged, our insurance tried to have the unit fixed however MT recommended to replace as would of been more to fix the previous unit with all the damage. They also had all the ducks cleaned to remove any debris.
