Scamers. Very DishonestI went there to get Phone's screen & charging port changed. I was told they had put the orignal screen & Charging port. I kept on having issues with those even after getting those fixed twice from these guys. So i went to a different shop & found out it wasn't orignal screen.

HORRIBLE PLACE. HORRIBLE customer service. They sell you the wrong items for your phone. Bunch of liars and thieves. DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL. All they're going to do is take your money. He sold me a screen protector that came off in 2 days and refused to exchange it. He is not friendly and is a rude man. There are way more better places out there than this one.

*SCAMMERS*These guys claimed that fixing my front glass would also mean that I need to replace my phones back glass and that if we kept it hush hush" they could do it for $50 cash instead of $100 that Fido would charge.I showed my phone to an actual Fido employee working at the Fido store at the same shopping center and I was told that the front and back glass are independent of each other and do not need to both be replaced. With this information I called the other phone repair location in Carrefour Laval where I was also told that both sides did not need to be replaced.Be very careful in dealing with this Fairview store because they are more than willing to charge you extra for something you do not need and I doubt before long there will be a class action suit against these scammers."

karim was friendly and very informative of the issue and how to resolve them. Identified what was needed exactly and gave quotes as well as added optionsRepair time took approximately 15 minutes and got back phone comparable to brand new for fraction of the price.

Had the most reasonable price in town to get your phone fixed, so figured why not. Should have read the reviews. TERRIBLE customer service, and a bunch of liars. Told me they would have my phone fixed in 2 days because they needed to order the part. It has been a week and i still haven't gotten my phone back.

They somehow broke the back of my phone open to repair the glass and it wouldn't seal again. They also used an aftermarket screen glass that got some weird interior scuffmark later on that same day. I also bought a screen protector from them that fell off by the next night. I'll never bring my phone there again.

Got my screen “fixed” only for my phone to not work when it was returned. Went to the Apple store and now it’s a 250$ repair because he wrecked the finger print sensor and the button. Can’t even unlock my phone and he had the audacity to tell me for 250$ he could fix it in a week. Absolute Scum. Never shop here.
