The staff were excellent and so very helpful. Valerie made us feel welcome, and explained everything to us, so we were able to select the best option in a non pressured environment. They also helped us create a beautiful design featuring my Mom's favourite scripture: For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son

Young's Memorials
We like this company which can show real headstones in a cemetery like setting. We were able to see the color and details of the stones under direct nature sun light. The staff were very helpful in making the custom design for my dad's headstone, very patient with the revisions of the design. And the newer technology diamond etching resulted in a great looking memorial marker.

Youngs did an excellent job on my brother's marker. The staff were very helpful and great to work with. I was especially happy when his marker ready at his interment which was only 13 days later. Thank you for your excellent service.

If I can give this company a zero star rating I would, there was absolutely no customer service with the issue that we had and in my opinion it was a serious mistake. They engraved the wrong dates on my deceased fathers memorial and neglected to resolve the issue. My mom went in and they told us that they will resolve and give us a call to discuss. As I write this, nothing was done to correct the dates on the memorial. If you value your loved ones, please look elsewhere.

I am pleased with Young's Memorial new management, their customer service is second to none. I found the employees empathy soothing in the time of need. They are very understanding to your budget and willing to work with you. Very caring of understanding Indigenous culture symbols and spirituality. I so strongly recommend Young's Memorials for your headstones needs.
