The company provides poor quality of the service, such as poor finishing of edges for the standard business cards. Instead of correcting their mistakes, I was advised to choose the paper of a higher quality. However, when they tried to cut one of the cards again, it has great edges, without any issues. So, why don't just initially do a quality job? They proposed to cut the already printed cards' edges again, but I refused cause they would be less than of a standard size due to the rounded adges ordered. Then, they proposed to reprint my cards, so I could pick them up in two days in the evening. I agreed, since it was already December 20th and I wouldn't print the cards elsewhere before Christmas without paying a double price. 5 minutes after I left the store, I received a phone call from the company informing me that they would provide me with a full refund instead of completing my order...Wow! What a great customer service before Christmas!I won't recommend this business to anybody, who is looking for a great quality printing service. Please, save your time and efforts and do the printing with trusted companies!

I love this print shop. Their website has an amazing and efficient process to upload files. The owner was so kind and went out of his way to complete my order today. He was very patient and made sure that I got my business cards, and didn’t charge for the same day service. I highly recommend this shop!

Worst customer services provided by Shivani Yadav. Didn’t expect that kind of services from a production manager and a person who hold a 3 year degree from a Sheridan. I simply asked for owner and she said you don’t need that info and hung up on me.
