Under Armour Factory House

Whenever I shop at Vaughan Mills Mall, this is one of my stops! I haven’t had much luck over the years with finding a good promo, the right fit, size, or color. I was pleasantly surprised a few months back, when I was looking for a wind and waterproof rain jacket. I didn’t have much luck at one of my favorite stores in this mall, but found exactly what I was looking for, and it was on sale.This past weekend, Under Armour had their 50% off. This is the first time I had such luck, and my husband and I had quite the shopping spree! I found t-shirts, capris, and sport masks in my size. They also provided an additional 10% off with a given email address.Aside from the sales, I was glad to see the fitting rooms opened up, after a long closure. A huge shout out to Giovanni and Erin, who were super patient and friendly.Jacob, who cashed us out was also incredibly helpful, and I noticed how carefully he folded our purchases. My husband couldn’t find shorts in his size, and requested they be ordered in, but Jacob noticed there were 4 in stock. He left the cash stand and found the size and color in mere minutes!Super happy with these two recent visits, and I think I’m all set (until the next sale) - lol

Stuff and staff both are fabulous, very good price, specially men's t-shirts I recommend.

Less and less selection of yoga pants for my gf. She's disappointed and didn't buy anything firm there for last couple visits...

I got a gift but size was a little bit bigger than mine. When I change to one size smaller they were charge me extra $21. Not a lot but why?Same model of jacket just different size I needed. Something wrong

Tried to have a return back at the store. i lived very far and was traveling, i was not able to return within their 60days. Asking for ex since it the wrong size. receipt and shirt still in the bag, item never been worn. The manager and the cashier said we gave you credit for this. turned out they offer half what i paid and communicate this so poorly. i took my item and left. i rather donate then endorse this kind of behaviour. By the way, they are currently selling the identical item in different color at $40 instead of the $10 they offered me. Will not shop here again.

The store is well stocked, and kept organized. Even though there are often a lot of people. It can take a while to check out. 10 minutes on a Saturday. Lots of sales, but you have to be careful to read the tags.

ABSOLUTELY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in person and on phone! Not only did they find my shoes in womens, they put them aside for me and I received an awesome discount! Will be coming back!

Spacious store, well stocked and organized. Outlet has some good deals, and they have a clearance section too. Employees helpful and knowledgeable. Fitting rooms are available near the cashier.

Terrible customer service.Hassan at the cash was surly, gave no information on returns, conveniently forgot to include my receipt in my bag which was at hand and produced right away upon being asked. Felt like he was doing the customer a favor by being there.He sure needs some holiday cheer and attitude adjustment.

I visited this location on the weekend, and was temped to buy shoes- but ended up buying Nike shoes, as I liked the colour.During my HIIT class, the shoes did not hold up, so I was able to return them, and I came back to Under Armor to see if the pair I wanted was still there. They were, but there were a few more options in the clearance section. I was torn between 2 pairs, and a friendly sales associate was able to tell me the difference between them.I had intended to buy the pair I had seen on the weekend, but switched to the other pair. I wore them to class last night, and absolutely love them. They are a little flashy for my style, but I love them!I have not owned a pair of under armor before- I am hoping they will hold up well. I may have switched over from Nike for good if they do!
