I had a debilitating fear of driving and didn't know why and knew I had to do something as it was messing up my jobs and life in general.( I do mainly highway driving to go anywhere) I did a little shopping around and talked to a few hypnotherapists (just meet and greets) and felt comfortable with Pam right away (even over the phone) . I went for one session with Pam and finally drove in the white out yesterday and had no fear at all. I got a little shaky when a semi went passed me in the other lane and looked at the color Pam told me to look for when I became nervous, and I calmed right away . I used to get stomach problems every time I knew I had to drive, especially in bad weather, and haven't experienced those since the session. I have also remembered a few accidents I have witnessed in life after the session that explained the fear. I highly recommend Pam.
