Just horrible experience. They don't care about patients. Both receptionists: Shivani and Manoj are extremely rude. After waiting for 3 months for an appointment., got to know from osler that these folks didn't even send the referral. It happened earlier as well 2 months back with another referral. When asked about it, they say it's not our problem and they refuse to sort the issue out and are extremely rude. Just looking at the other reviews from other people here., looks like everybody had the same horrible experience with these guys. Hope this helps out other people who are considering visiting them.

I have been calling this place from last couple week almost everyday to confirm appointment for my wife. Left voice messages. But no one has bothered to pick up phone or call me back. Not sure how this clinic is being operated.

I he’d appointment twice still they don’t know what they’re doing. They’re not send any report to my family doctor. Now they make another appointment for 3rd visit And I am not going again there.

Manoj at the reception is the worst form of human being possible. He was rude and racist to an extent that is unfortunate and uncalled for. He only grants appointments to 'high status' and ''well settled' Canadians. If you are a new comer, he has little regard for your health and goes to the extent of commenting on other doctors professional competence even though he is a receptionist himself.

Very professional doctor. I went for my ear checkup. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. One of the best doctor i have seen for far. I wish good luck to him.

i do not recommend, they don’t pick up their phones, they are rude. worst customer service ever, and receptionist is way too ugly to be giving so much attitude to anyone lol
