The store policy is not to sell anything unless you are from the Trade,They told me that is to protect the trade people???This is really against customer service and against Profit.I just found my coil cleaner at Home Depot at better price and nodealing with a Ken seller.I am a restauranteur, & regularly purchase on trade stores such Dunlevy, or Paragon, and if somebody not from the restaurant trade want to buy something, they won't refuse the sale.Non Sense. Better close entrance to all people or put a Gard to I.D each person who aproach the door.Thumbs Down
