Dr Conrad is fantastic- great sense of humour, really listened to me, and an incredibly talented surgeon. My new nose is perfect. His staff is also incredible, warm and welcoming. I had a fantastic experience here . And I’m so grateful as a rhinoplasty is a big procedure and I was initially nervous but Dr Conrad made the entire process so smooth and easy!

Dr. Conrad is not only professional and has excellent bedside manners, but also fantastic at what he does! He has treated me so well from start to finish. I came to see Dr.Conrad because my nose had been broken and was not straight anymore . I was very afraid to do this surgery because I have read reviews about bad experiences people have had having a rhinoplasty and having a bad outcome all over the world and celebrities with horrible work... I expressed this to Dr. Conrad and he assured me I was in good hands. It has only been weeks and I am very happy with the results. I had a few questions in recovery and spoke to Dr. Conrad himself. I have done bilateral plastic surgery for my lower under eye bags with doctor Stephanie Derkman. I’m really happy with the results. From 2016, these eyebags were bothering me a lot. I have no words to thank doctor Derkman. I really love her and her team. The receptionist were extremely nice and respectful.

If I could give 1000 stars I would, Dr. Conrad changed my life! I was always self-conscious about my nose growing up and would never smile because it would droop down. Now I can't stop smiling, he gave me my confidence back! When given the opportunity to undergo a rhinoplasty, Dr. Conrad was the only one I trusted. His awards and achievements speak for themselves. The nurse at this clinic is amazing she is compassionate, kind, helpful, and empathetic. The actual surgeon Stephanie has zero compassion zero sense of humor and zero empathy. I won't be getting my mommy makeover surgery at this clinic.I don't recommend this surgeon
