Definitely the go to" repair shop for Surface Pro - which are very hard to repair. Best prices in town and excellent work. The technician is very skilled. I brought my Surface Pro 5 in for battery replacement. They were $60. Less than their competitors and the competition would not guarantee that they would not break the screen. I then brought my wife's Surface Pro in with a cracked screen and bent frame. We did not think it could be repaired. The technician did an excellent job repairing it! I highly recommend this business!"

I went shopping around for an S23 screen repair and it was challenging because no one had them in stock yet, no one would call me back, or the prices were extremely high. I checked out Break2Fix based on the positive reviews and wow am I glad I did. Firstly, the cost was a fraction of what other lower rated shops had quoted me for a relatively higher end and newer device. The process was also super quick and efficient which helped so much because I need my phone for work and did not have to leave it overnight. Finally, after the screen replacement there was a bit of an issue with the front facing camera (which I don't believe was a fault of theirs), so I brought it back for the owner to take a look at. He wasn't able to fix it on spot however he was adamant on finding a solution for me and ended up ordering in the additional part to replace it at no charge.I am so grateful for the amazing service I had received at this shop. The owner took the proper care with my device and was much more pleasant to deal with in comparison to other shops that I had been in contact with. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Amazing service from Muhammad at Break2Fix in North Edmonton, I bought a phone as mine had a cracked screen, I was unable to access emails, social media, or anything. He took extra time and care fixing everything for me. Very honest, great price, can fix phones, laptops, game consoles. Highly highly recommend this place to anyone.... well worth driving here from anywhere in the city.
