Poor communication. Hard to talk to somebody on the phone and they don't return your calls. Very frustrating. The staff directory is confusing.

You should take students back from Japan earlier. Everyone in the world knows this is not a good time to visit Asia. And especially Japan because they need to run Olympic this year so they try to hide numbers of virus patients. News said there is only one students shows symptoms but you must check all of them.
