Family was tired of being inside and I have a medical breathing condition and regular bikes can be a task so these bikes were a breeze to ride we had so much fun. The delivery option was awesome.

My family and I had such a wonderful experience with Urban Pedal Rentals and their owners. The drop off and pick up service for any location is amazing and takes off the hassle for customers. The bikes were very smooth and easy to navigate. We had an amazing time, enjoying the sunshine while being active. We will be booking Urban Pedal Rentals again and can’t wait to tackle our next biking journey. We encourage others to do the same!

I had a great day riding around Stanley Park and all along the Arbutus Trail. The bike was awesome and delivery was prompt and pick up was prompt and I will definitely use them again

Had an amazing experience with Urban Pedal Rentals. Excellent customer service and really enjoyed the delivery option. The Bravo and Yukon e-bikes were perfect for our day date adventures. Both e-bikes were powerful and equipped with a rear rack, lock, and lights. I will definitely be renting with them again and recommending my family and friends!

These people are fantastic! We rented 5 E-bikes from them for 4 hours as a staff wellness initiative, and they really delivered...in both senses of the word. The bikes were a huge hit, really well cared for, and our staff had a ton of fun. Urban also delivered the bikes to us, and picked them up again after. The only snag was that they had to drop them off the night before and pick them up at the end of the day due to work schedules. They didn't charge any extra, though, so all good. These are really lovely hardworking people!

Convenient and fast service. Free delivery to the place that I chose to. The name called Urban but their bikes can go to mountain trails, too. Really fun and enjoyable experience.

I rented an e-bike for pick up and drop off at the Vancouver airport in Sept. 2021. They were on time to almost the minute at both ends, and the bike was good quality, fully charged and problem-free. Excellent customer service and experience overall. Highly recommend.
