Unfortunately my experience at Mark's was not pleasurable (the store had deals like buy one pair of jeans, get the second half price...but they didn't have the actual cost of the jeans. Most consumers today are thrifty and smart, and want the prices visible for their decision making). Also, the clerks were not friendly, and acted like they were angry when you asked them a question. My experience with the second clerks ended in me leaving the store. I've never been treated badly in a store and in my opinion, they both need more customer service training (mostly common sense and respect).

Certain clothing items that I favour have been harder and harder to find which means I'm starting to look elsewhere for stuff. The staff in the store are fine, but there's not much reason for me to go in anymore since they don't carry the stuff I'm looking for.

My friends mom got double charged for a jacket and they won’t do anything to help her get her money back. They just sent her to her bank and now is going to have to wait 90 days to get a refund. Horrible customer service!!!
