Incredible service. I highly recommend regal coach to anyone that values on time and clean cars, friendly drivers, and great rates. Best limo service in Massachusetts by far. Wouldn't use anyone else!

After my flight was cancelled the night before a 6am departure I was forced to rebook and figure out how to get from So. NH to Logan without much notice. I contacted Regal Coach at around 11pm for a pickup at 5:45am the next morning. They responded immediately. I expected a car but a pristine SUV showed up with a timely, professional, and friendly driver named Mike. Notably, Regal's price was the lowest by $30 among the 4 quotes I got. I cannot think of a more positive experience with an unfamiliar company. Regal Coach was a tremendous relief in a very stressful situation.

Used Regal coach for a concert this past weekend and Peter was our driver and he was excellent. Spoke with Stephen to book and the process was easy. Transportation was prompt and professional and Peter was great! Would definitely recommend!

DO NOT use this company! I scheduled a car for 4:30 am to the airport. Had to pay for it ahead of time. Driver didn’t show up! I called and the dispatcher was horribly rude. Said the driver must have over slept but that he would have a car there in 4 minutes. Then when the driver showed up 15 minutes later he claimed he was waiting for us in front. Despite the instructions to pick up out back. Driver said they don’t look at the instructions. And he never called or texted to say he was there. I don’t believe for a second that he was there “waiting “ for us. Both the dispatcher and the driver blamed me for “the misunderstanding”. No apology. For a company in the customer service business I’m appalled at their complete lack of customer service.***Follow up. The owner of this company called and sent a threatening text to me about this review. Very disturbing. This man has my number and my address. I will be filing a police report now. Shouldn’t have come to this.

Great experience with using Regal Coach...Our driver was Mike, and could not express how fun he made our ride to Logan airport. Playing holiday music and singing along with the kids was awesome...We love Regal and have used them many times. Highly recommend them if you have transportation needs....thanks again for another wonderful trip to Logan airport...thanks Steve

They were able to accommodate a ride at an odd hour. Setting up the ride was super easy. The driver text me prior to arriving stating that he would be a few minutes late due to traffic. The car was immaculate and the driver was awesome. Highly recommend. Thanks!

I am very impressed by Regal Coach - their price was very competitive, communication was good both before the pickup and to let us know at the airport where the driver would be, and the driver handled all of our luggage. Even more impressive, when we were going to have to add an extra suitcase, they upgraded our vehicle at no cost, and the vehicle was spotless. Highly recommended.

BEWARE - Don’t use!!! Booked a return trip from Logan with two car seats .. same as the trip to the airport but at 10 pm Sat night the driver forgot the two carts seats leaving us stranded with two kids under 3. This all despite me confirming the car seats several times with Steve. Attention to detail SUCKS! To date - no call from Steve, no apology, no refund… *** Book with another car service !! *** Don’t risk it. Zero stars.REPLY to STEVE'S Response: WRONG Steve. Your driver called you 2x --no answer. Nothing from your office. No solutions. I told him to go because we cannot put the kids in the SUV without the car seats we confirmed with you. Terrible way to end a perfect week in Orlando. Really nice car and drivers… very reasonable price! Will definitely use again!

For 8 years and many trips now the owner Steve continues to call my wife names on yelp because she complained about them being late. I am physically challenged and need time for wheel chairs at jet blue but instead of owning up to screwing up its our fault. The only advantage to this guy is price if you get there.
