I can’t say enough good things about this company, I call them on short noticed they provided very prompt and knowledgeable response. While he was servicing snd cleaning my air conditioner and furnace Brett took the time to give me tips on how to check and clean the AC condenser and my furnace. I will definitely be calling them in the future!

Our furnace stopped working at a rental in -20C and Brett with Subzero Mechanical made it out within hours and got it going again. There was an issue with the thermostat that wasn't evident at the time of repair due to the house being cold, but he came back the next day to diagnose and fix the issue (faulty thermostat). Highly recommend this professional/quick/friendly business and will be using them again for future issues. Thank you so much!!!

I recently had my tankless water heater supplied and installed by Brett and crew from Subzero Mechanical, and I couldn't be happier with the results!Brett and his team removed my old water heater and installed the new one with ease. They were courteous and respectful, and they completed the installation in the amount of time they estimated. The final price was as estimated, reasonable, and well worth it for the quality of work and level of service provided.After the installation was complete, Brett took the time to make sure I knew how to connect the unit to my wifi and even called support while I was standing there to make sure everything was working perfectly.The team cleaned up after themselves and removed all the garbage, leaving my home as clean (maybe cleaner; not sure the last time that area got vacuumed) as it was before they arrived.Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Brett and his team at Subzero Mechanical.
