Exceptional customer service! Got my daughter's belly piercing. As soon as we walked in, welcoming right away. Excellent jib done. Quick in and out. Answered all questions with happiness. Definitely recommend for piercings needs.

I went here yesterday to get my nose pierced. The owner was very calm and relaxed. She gave me good vibes right away. I am not a fan of needles but I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and get a piercing I’ve wanted for a while. Every step she explained what she was doing (showing where the hole would be, cleaning the area and then finally the piercing) she did so in such a calm way and it was done quickly.Thanks Anastasia! I love my piercing!

Anastasia always does a great job. She corrected a piercing she thought wasn't straight. Someone else might have left it, but not her. She has real pride in what she does, and truly understands that her work is her reputation. And her work is excellent!

I took my kids here to get nose and ear piercings done. Anastasia was awesome with them and made the experience fun for them which made them less nervous. The whole experience was great for them and they have not stopped talking about Anastasia and how awesome of a person they are.

I got my nose pierced here and she was the best and gave me good vibes. She calmed me down and it was so easy. I lately just got my belly button pierced and she did such a great job, it didn't hurt whatsoever and it was quick and easy.

All 3 of my facial piercings were done by Anastasia, and they've all been fantastic experiences! Anastasia is a sweetheart, and she's always made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. She did a great job with all of my piercings, and I couldn't recommend her enough! I'm not sure if the negative reviews were Karens with unrealistic expectations... or people who just caught her on an off day, but she's never given me any reason to believe she's anything but kind and caring. I would go back to her 1000 times over!
