My interaction with Jeff from Creative Audio started a couple of days ago over email, I contacted him asking for advice and suggestions for an amplifier.Jeff responded to my email the next day with info and several suggestions for amplifiers that would fit my needs.I asked whether he would be willing to set up a certain set of speakers with one of the amps he suggested, so that I can drop by and listen to it.We scheduled my arrival to the store, where the setup I requested had already been warmed up and waited for me.I ended up buying the amp I came to listen to.Jeff, thank you for a very pleasant and positive end-to-end experience!

Jeff and his team was great to work with and went well above what other retails would do to help their customers. Communication and customer experience was was phenomenal, I can't recommend Creative Audio enough.I really am looking forward to working with Jeff and his team again in the future.

I had been thinking about upgrading my 30 year old system for the last six months. I reviewed many options and visited Creative Audio’s web site multiple time. Then I pulled the trigger. Jeff offered clear information and made suggestions that have resulted in an excellent system (Wharfdale+Naim+Noom). It handles the blues (right now Buddy Guy),Chopin and Stravinsky will aplomb. I am very pleased.

Jeff at Creative Audio was incredibly helpful when it came to finding a setup for a vinyl turntable that was within my budget. We looked at a variety of solutions, and he patiently explained his reasoning behind every decision, even recommending another shop to me that carried a more affordable component.I ended up purchasing several components from the store feeling completely without pressure to purchase, and the resulting setup sounds excellent, and under my initial budget! I expect to return for many years.

Creative Audio, what can you say? They are Winnipeg's venerable audio store. I have been shopping/visiting here since 1991 when they were located in the village. I purchased my very fist hi-fi set up at the old location, an NAD 701 and Mirage M290 speakers. I still use them to this day, although in my B system as I've upgraded to other gear now, again all purchased from Creative Audio. Jeff is not pushy and won't over-sell you an item if it does fit with your current components. It's nice to have a local single store selling audio that is run by the owner who has a genuine love for what he does and truly wants to see his customers happy. Shop LOCAL!The new location is nice and fresh and inviting with EASY parking!

Jeff, the owner is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I came in knowing what I wanted and there was no attempt to upsell me or sell me extras I didn't need. Just friendly good advice about getting the most out of my new purchase and great information on care and handling! Prices are always excellent and competitive with anyone out there. I highly recommend Creative Audio to anyone who is a serious audiophile!

I don't usually do this but I think that Creative Audio deserves a shout out. Matt and Jeff were great to deal with. I had done my research before going to Creative Audio and then spent almost two hours listening to a wide variety of music from cd's, vinyl and streaming, at varying volumes, talked about the equipment with Matt, made my purchase and have been very happy with my new system.
