Our realtor recommended Tom for our home inspection, and since we were buying our first home we were very apprehensive regarding the process and how efficient it would be. Before the inspection day, Tom have us a break down of all costs associated and he explained the different inspection packages for us to choose from. On the day of the inspection Tom was very detailed and thorough in explaining how the process and the inspection will go and what he will be exactly checking. He also assured us that a full report will follow that evening and we can solely focus on going around the house and he will brief us at the end of each step. At the end of the inspection, Tom have us a full detailed explanation if his findings and recommendations and followed up with the report that evening. The report was very detailed, thorough and it was very easy to review and understand. A month later I had a few questions about the inspection required for our insurance and Tom was very helpful in answering my questions and providing the information required. Got referred to Tom from a friend in the realtor business. He told me he always goes to Tom for all of his inspections so i called and booked his services. Tom was very prompt and well prepared from the beginning of contact to very end. During the home inspection Tom did a very thorough check of everything. He went over everything himself then showed me all the things he saw just so i had an idea ofn what he was talking about during the process. At the end i would recommend anyone buying a fairly old home to add the mold inspection also just to have an idea of how bad it is since he found some during my inspection. At the end he did give a very detailed report with pictures and his recommendation on what should be done. Very great service Tom and keep up the amazing work. Tom is great, he is nice and super patient.We only had half an hour to do a general inspection of a place, but he has done a great job in that short amount of time, and gave us a good detailed report.He was really quick in responding, and prepared the report pretty quick as well.

Our experience with Tom was absolutely fantastic. We reached out to him on the Monday of a long weekend and were pleasantly surprised by how quick he got back to us. We were able to book an inspection very quickly on the next day.The inspection itself was a great learning experience. Tom is very passionate about his job and really took the time to educate us about the house. Basically the inspection took place in 2 rounds. In the first round, Tom meticulously inspected the house and took pictures of things which were noteworthy. In the second round, Tom walked us through what he found out in the first round. He was very patient at answering all our questions.After the inspection was done, we received a PDF document with all of his pictures, comments and suggestions.I was very happy with the quality of service that I received, and would certainly work with Tom again.

As a professional engineer, I am a tough critic and go to great length to make sure I hire competent people. Tom was outstanding - he deserves the 5 start rating he has across the intenet. His inspection was quick, thorough and he identified areas of our purchased home which we were able have the builder pay to repair, saving us thousands. Would not have been possibel without his thorough approach. Tom was even kind enough to come back a couple of months later to help us re-check some items before our purchase closed. Tom was amazing. He did a great job on walk us through the entire house and point out every single issue that he found out. He also listed all issues with pictures in the report. With the package 2, we can even know where we need to improve for the heat loss or potential leakage spot. Highly Recommend their service! And Definitely to get it before you buy the house!

A friend of my recommended Tom and I am delighted with his service and level of professionalism. He is easy to reach and responsive. He arrived on time on the day of appointment, very timely scheduled on the phases of inspection. Starting with building exterior, roof, drainage, window, door, garage, backyard, timber deck; continue to indoor basement, 1st, 2nd floor roof attic. He provided inspection to the level of details that I didn't expect earlier, such as GFCI, shower diverter, etc. He also explain the issue and provide rough cost of repairs on the spot.If I need another home inspector in future, Tom would be on top of my list. .
