I have been seeing Dr. Vassiliadis for 10 or so years and have always had a great experience. Very nice team, professional and kind with a fun sense of humour. Over the years they have accommodated busy schedules and emergency visits, I can't recommend them enough. Also, if you're a student they have an excellent student discount!

I’ve been going to AMICAL Dental Centre for 22 years now . The service , the staff , the professionalism and the environment are comparable to none . You are put at ease the minute you walk through the door and are placed in the best hands possible. I would never recommend anyone to go anywhere else . 5 star hands down without a doubt .

I had an appointment at 8:30 a.m. on Friday Aug 7th and they called me at 7 in the morning to cancel my appointment, I was supposed to receive an email about their procedures 48 hours before my appointment and never received that ,Seems very disorganized , prefer to go to other placePlease don't give appointments to people if your not able to manage it

We -my husband, my daughter and myself- have been visiting this center for about five years now, and we are really happy with the service received. First of all, the staff on the main entrance is polite and nice, they will guide you through the process in order to receive the services, pay and take the next appointment if needed. You’ll receive a call from the staff before your appointment, and when you are there, they will give you all the information related to your file. Second, once you receive services from the hygienists, they take the time to ask you about your concerns, doubts, etc. You’ll receive professional treatment and information along the appointment and additional services if needed. At the end, the dentist, Mr. Vassiliadis, come to see you and verify everything is in order. He provides key information and tips for your teeth care. Then, you’ll see at the front desk everything related to your visit, the invoice and receipt and next appointment. From start to end, the experience it’s really great. This place is quite, clean and have everything you need to feel comfortable, tv, bathroom, bilingual services, and  even some toys for children. I highly recommend it to all of you.

I called for information. The person who had answered the phone was the most disrespectful I have ever seen. You are the face of the clinic show some respect please. In place of saying you don't have time because you have people waiting.
