Just finished registering a new vehicle - with Kathy. Once again after about 15 years dealing with her, everything was done excellent and very professionally. When I see the other negative reviews, my feeling is that these people are the type that are never happy with anything. If you have no money in your account, that is your problem, not someone else's. We will continue to deal with Kathy forever as she is absolutely excellent with her A+++++++ customer service. Thank you once again Kathy.

I never actually met Jeff, even though his name is the one associated with this location. Their insurance prices are fairly high, and I'm not sure if any of it can be done online, which makes it inconvenient. The best part of this place is the secretary, who seems to do the bulk of the work.

Kathy is very unhelpful, unprofessional and does not do her job properly. I have been a client for many years and can honestly not explain why I have yet to leave.Upon asking her plainly about charges that were automatically deducted (which is apparently the ONLY way they can do business) from my bank, she assured me of an amount and date.That amount went through. But then I was charged again less than a week later with no notice and no expectation of an additional charge even though we had just spoken about my next billing cycle.This has happened on more than one occasion and she refuses to take any kind of ownership or do anything to rectify the situation. I have been charged unnecessary NSF's through my bank AND through Certas multiple times and am sick of it.Kathy, when a client asks you for billing information (because the letter has not arrived in the mail yet), give them ALL the information. Not partial.Will be leaving this company asap. Good riddance.

State Farm insurance company was great company having Jeff Watkin as my agent was perfect. When the company switched to Desjardins Kathy bullied me saying I signed a one year agreement saying I can't get out of it when in fact it was not the case, Jeff closed my policy because I did not want to pay high monthly payments. I also had three friends with Jeff who also claimed they were bullied by Kathy.

Great agent, cares and provides personal attention. He even answered the phone when I called. Happy clients for 20 years
