Got this for Dad.

One of the worst services ever that I have faced in St. John’s. Very high price and low quality. I ordered a desktop plaque and it was damaged when I pickup. They didn’t even try to fixed it properly.Try to avoid purchasing from engrave on, Very poor quality.

I had a very poor experience at this business this week. After a loss in the family my daughter was interested in a small urn to contain a loved ones ashes. Another family member purchased 2 urns the previous day and was charged the same price for the urn with engraving as I was for just the urn. She was told that the price of the urn was $65 plus the cost of the engraving (total $103.50) Not thinking about the price I paid (I was charged $103.50 without engraving) and left and then spoke to my family member about what I paid versus what she paid. Within minutes of purchasing the item I returned to question the price discrepancy. I got every excuse from, “no, the price they paid was not correct,” to “we had a sale that ended yesterday!” Still not satisfied I asked for a refund and was refused because it was “final sale,” despite the fact that the item was only purchased 5-10 minutes prior to this conversation. I was given no recourse other than the offer of “free engraving” (which was not free because I essentially paid for it in the cost of my item), exchanging for another item in the store (which appeared to be of poor quality) or to return the next week to exchange it for a “more expensive” urn with no extra cost as they were expecting a new shipment soon.I would not recommend purchasing anything from this business. If you have experienced a loss and would like to save some ashes, I would advise purchasing directly from the funeral home.

Good quality engraving. Metro Tower Award with Custom Engraving looked wonderful!Staff were more than helpful in facilitating my custom order and providing very prompt communication, as well as fast delivery to meet my needs! Highly recommended.
