Brett and the service shop staff bailed me out of a jamb on the spot. It was a small one off job and they were super helpful, and very accommodating. I couldn't be happier with the level of costumer service and quality of workmanship.

I brought a combine part to them to be welded and aligned last fall. It worked for awhile, but not as expected. The repair failed again this fall. After inspection of the broken pieces dynamic machine specialist and I all agree it failed due to some welds letting go. The welding was very poorly done. Dynamic machine then came up with all kinds of theories that they did not do the broken welds. The evidence is quite clear that they are just in denial, and refuse to admit any responsibility. If you get anything done there be sure to document everything. Take lots of photos. In the end I took the part to a small welder shop in beausejour mb, where they did come up with a solution at a cost of less then 10% of what dynamics proposed. I have used it now more then twice as long as dynamics’s original repair, and there is no indication that it will fail at all. Big shops are not always the best, even though they have the best equipment.

I brought a valve to them on a Tuesday, left my phone number and they were going to see if they can match it up.Waited till next week Monday and finally phoned them just to get told he needs more info!!!??Why didn't he call me??Then I texted or called almost every day.Then he promised to drop the valve off on Thursday going home and didn't.Had to send someone Friday morning to get it.I understand mistakes and don't expect perfection.This experience though left me puzzled wether he actually tried to match the valve up.I even gave him a part number which brings up the part on google.Maybe next time I come I have a better experience but this one was lack of communication and customer service.Hope it helps.

06/07/22 Operations Manager personally came to our office to address and apoligize for the bad service and erased our current open work order. We will be giving our service back to Dynamic in the future repairs. Thank you for the quick reponse!!06/06/22 Evening Posting.......This company does not even desevre a star. They were an excellant company that serviced us for over 10 years and we spent 125k with, now we don't even get phone calls back after asking for service or a tech to come to our shop to access our issues.

Good experience. Rory did a good job finding parts than got to our shop and realized I'd forgotten our sample on their desk so called back next day to see if they had seen it was told that I would have to drive and hour in to look for it myself. Phoned back the second time and talked with Jeff he got off his chair and found the lost pieces in a few seconds.

Friendly service at the Dugald location. They were super busy so called the Mcphillips location for me. Gentleman at the Mcphillips location created a hose with fittings for me on the spot. Not the first time we've had a positive experience with them.
