Don't know much about the company but I had to come inside for a few minutes because I was waiting for someone at their property and the secretary told me to get out. Plus it was really cold and raining hard outside. Do your business elsewhere to show this company some respect to humans whether their customers or not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very poor service. Takes them several hours to respond. They have barely any employees working at the office so they never send anyone when requested. Service was mediocre at best.

Believe it or not, this is an IT MSP that actually cares about clients rather than sheer numbers. No matter how good the response time, SLA, or TTR, IT Weapons doesn't consider any call to be a success unless the client rates them A+ in the post-call survey.
