Not happy at all i normally get the combo 3 but had to get soup as I’m sick. I started eating it yesterday but then couldn’t finish as I felt nauseous. So I put it back in its bag and wrapped it up and took it home. I reheated it today and started eating it again and found tiny black bugs in my soup will never ever purchase from here again. Feel sicker then I already am

This is the second time this has happened to me. I ordered wonton soup a month ago and found a tiny black bug in my soup. Today, i ordered again hoping it wont happen. Sucks to say i found another bug in the soup. Dont order soup from Shanghai 360 unless you want to eat day old broth and its extra protein (the bugs). If there are bugs in the soup, there is a chance there could be some in the food itself .

They are very conservative with the portion size. Not worth the money you're paying. Got combo 1 and they used the small container, and barely filled it up half way. I had to ask them to put more noodles, otherwise I would have just walked away. Most likely won't be back here again.

It's in a mall but the food is very good. The staff is friendly. I got Option #2 with Rice, General Tao and green beans.

I used to go there once a week. The last time I was there the beef tasted like it had gone bad. They wouldn't replace it. Be very careful buying food from this place.

They put such a large amount of noodle to avoid pouring more meat. Literally counting the pieces of meat, not worth the money. Customer service is rude to.

Just now got a combo 2 from these people. The staff had a very bad attitude. I literaly saw they served the box so less. And forget it if you are getting the meat, they are very hesitant to serve proper amount. I know the idea to try serve lesser food to save more money. But if they do like this there wont be any customers to buy from there. One pays 11.59 plus tax close to around 13 dollar and one cannot have a full stomache meal...that too being average guy consuming average amount. Its better to try other stores in this food court that is comparatively better.
