We recently had the pleasure of visiting/making a deal with Applewood Nissan, and I must say, we had an excellent experience. Monty and the team were the stars of the show, and they did everything in their power to achieve our car dreams.Not only did they provide exceptional customer service, but they were also incredibly knowledgeable and informative about their car models and features. They really went above and beyond to ensure that we were well-informed on all the available options and features that met our needs and budget.Overall, we felt valued and heard as a customer, and I couldn't be happier with our new Tesla. The service that Monty and the team provided was truly top-notch, and I would recommend anyone looking for a car to pay Applewood Nissan a visit.

I went to Volkswagen dealership in Richmond, their customer service was worst. Than decided to visit NISSAN in Richmond, I met with sales person Albert, he was excellent. SOLD ME THE SUV WITHIN few minutes. If anyone is looking for car APPLEWOOD NISSAN is the best place to go and ask for Albert.

I recently bought a car from Keanu at Applewood and it was the BEST experience. He was knowledgeable, helpful and so easy to work with. I appreciated his sense of humour and his patience as I narrowed down the best car for me. I’ve only had my car for 2 days and I’ve already given out his name to friend. He was awesome.

Re: 2022 Tesla Model S Long Range, 4,406kmHello Mr. Cheliadin,It is not even 24 hours ago that I took over the above mentioned vehicle from your dealership in Richmond. After I parked my car in my garage, I presented it my daughter. The first thing she mentioned entering the garage is, that the front left rim has a damage! This was a massive shock for me. Even more so since my daughter is not car-savvy.As a consequence of that I took the time to have a more in detail and closer look at the vehicle. Here is the summary of what I found:1. Front left rim damaged. Somebody took a black sharpy and tried to cover up / mask / camouflage this – very dilettantish2. Front right rim damaged in two areas3. The rear spoiler has detached from the body on the passenger side4. J1772 Adapter missing5. Multiple chips on the hood have been repaired in an amateurish way and are therefore exposed and very good visible6. The Mobile Charger is at least five or six years old. This version is “in no case” a Mobile Charger provided by the manufacturer for the 2022 model year vehicle. In addition to that it does not support Level 2 charging with 2-phase power / 240 Volt!7. Windshield is dirty on the inside (cabin)And here is the description of the purchasing process, which took way too long and was everything else but easy. Communication started 01. / 02.May 2022. In total may be 9 emails were sent back and forth.Picking up the vehicle Monday, I was confronted that over night Financing has changed substantially without communicating this ahead of time to me. Despite the fact that I had transferred additional funds to my CC-Account the night before, my Credit Card was declined / maxed out in the first attempt and I was forced to use another CC which I had not used for the last 2 years. Despite having an appointment everything was too long so I had to speed in order to make it to work in time.Question for you after I lost any trust in your organization: Do you want me to return the vehicle?Respectfully,Ben

I had the pleasure of being Felix Driscoll's first sale. Felix is a hard working and courteous young man. I really didn't mind that Felix was learning on the job. His sales manager Chris was available when needed. My wife and I had some excellent conversation with Felix during the course of the sale. Felix quickly knew that we love our dogs. When the car was delivered, Felix left a care bag of dog treats as a gift. Very perceptive and thoughtful on his part. I have purchased several cars during the course of my life and I must say the atmosphere at this dealership is great. It is clear customer service is top of mind. I highly recommend Felix Driscoll and wish him all the best with his sales career.

We had spoken to a number of dealers prior to our experience with this car dealership. Our previous experiences with other dealers were awful, wrong and illogical guides to buy, extremely high fees (some of them were making more than the manufacturer) and most of them were extremely rude behavior which we were really disappointed while we visiting this dealership. But these guys are different, they are extremely patient, respectful and knowledgeable, and you never feel being humiliated. I really appreciate Dickson, Mark, and Armin for their professional behaviour even if my application fails. I should also add that they knew we didn't have a car and took us back home with Uber. I’ll never forget, and I highly recommend this dealership.
